I am not quite sure why the indoor pool seemed different, all attractions remain the same and in operation, the only area that was closed was the concession stand due to a staffing shortage- all of America is experiencing this issue- not just our resort. We are extremely short staffed, which has been pulling managers off patrolling the grounds and placing them in more hands on positions. All of Ocean City is experiencing these issues not just our resort. In response to this poster, it is unfortunate the experience was not like past seasons, however I can assure you it has nothing to do with the new owner.
